0.19.4 19 Sep

• Reworked the folder watcher so it no longer re-reads a tree after a rename.
• --dry-run now prints the plan in the same order it would execute.
• Fixed a crash when a config file ended without a trailing newline.

0.19.3 11 Sep

• Lowered the default retry backoff ceiling from 120s to 45s.
• Logs are line-buffered again when stdout is not a terminal.
• Removed the half-finished archive importer. It will come back.

0.19.1 2 Sep

• First build with the new scheduler. Expect odd timing under load.
• Known issue: the status command reports stale counters for about a minute.

Before you file a report

• Say which build you are on. alpha --version prints it.
• Attach the last 200 lines of the log, not the whole file.
• If it only happens once, it probably will not be chased.
